La Llagonne is a small village in the south of France, located at 1700m altitude in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in Languedoc-Roussillon, its inhabitants call the Llagonnais and Llagonnaises.
This small village which communicates the Haut Conflent with the Capcir by the Col de la Quillane is surrounded by forests. It is dominated by its fortified church and its signal tower and revolves around these two buildings. The presbytery meanwhile, retains traces of the old castle.
The small family ski resort at the exit of the village, La Quillane and aerodrome delighted lovers of nature in winter and summer. From the village, one can also make beautiful walks and access Bouillouses (the jewel of the Pyrenees). The small hamlet preserved "Cortals" overlooking the village.
